A pochi passi dal Duomo di Firenze, proponiamo l'affitto di un intero palazzo nobiliare di grande importanza storica.
Situato all'interno delle mura "Canossiane" della metà del Secolo XI, il palazzo si sviluppa su due strade fondamentali del centro storico, via de' Cerretani e via de' Tornabuoni.
L'edificio insiste su un'area di circa 800 mq e si sviluppa su 2 piani molto alti. Di proprietà della famiglia Strozzi fino alla seconda metà del 1700, venne poi acquisito da un'altra famiglia nobiliare che in ultimo diede all'architetto Poggi, durante il periodo di Firenze Capitale( 1866), il compito di sistemarne definitivamente la composizione delle facciate e delle piante interne.
Il piano terra venne dopo poco completamente stravolto a fine '800, quando tutti gli ambienti ed i grandi saloni del piano strada diedero spazio alle esigenze commerciali di Firenze, venendo trasformati in fondi commerciali di via de' Cerretani.
Restaurati ottimamente gli affreschi ottocenteschi, questo palazzo rappresenta oggi una rara opportunità per coloro che sono alla ricerca di una sede di alta rappresentanza nel cuore della capitale del Rinascimento.
La vista della cupola del Duomo dalle finestre del primo e del secondo piano è un plus non da poco!

A few steps from the Duomo of Florence, we offer the rental of an entire noble palace of great historical importance.
Located within the "Canossian" walls of the mid-11th century, the building is spread over two main streets of the historic center, via de 'Cerretani and via de' Tornabuoni.
The building insists on an area of about 800 square meters and is spread over 2 very high floors. Owned by the Strozzi family until the second half of the 1700s, it was then acquired by another noble family who ultimately gave the architect Poggi, during the period of Firenze Capitale (1866), the task of definitively arranging the composition of the facades and of indoor plants.
The ground floor was completely upset after a while at the end of the 19th century, when all the rooms and large halls on the street level gave space to the commercial needs of Florence, being transformed into commercial stores of via de 'Cerretani.
